The College of Science and Engineering maintains a number of compute clusters for use in academic research. The clusters are available anyone that needs them within the college, as well as to some external institutions that collaborate with the college. Access to the compute clusters is granted on a case-by-case basis upon request. See the Request Cluster Access page if you would like to request access.
The clusters that we maintain are listed below. More information about specific cluster hardware and software configuration can be found by clicking on each link.
dumble, minerve, and plexi are all on-campus clusters that run CentOS and use the TORQUE software for compute job queuing.
luna is a cluster generously provided to the college by INL.
Contact email@example.com if you have questions or problems related to our compute clusters. This will create a support ticket to track your question or issue.
You can subscribe to our HPCC mailing list available at http://mm.isu.edu/mailman/listinfo/hpcc where we will post announcements and scheduled downtime. You may also find out about upcoming downtime on our HPCC calendar.
