Vulcan license server moved.

When you restart Vulcan it should run the license administrator.  You can 
In the File or Server box:  remove @newsneezy080456 and type in  the new license server "@ghost".  
Click Refresh.. 
If the license come up, click on it to highlight it and click OK at the bottom of the screen.
